Rodeo Committee Saddened By Fire

Arsonist's set fire to the newly built rodeo grounds at the North Saskatchewan River Park on April 27th, which completely destroyed chutes, the announcer's booth and seating area, and more. 2008 would have only been the third rodeo held at the newly built facilities. Volunteers will be working extremely hard to get the grounds ready for the June 4th rodeo start date. Anyone wishing to help out can contact rodeo chairman Greg Ritz at (403)845-0490.
